What the Inspection Includes

Air Handler

  • Cleaning and flushing of the condensate drain system (pan, safety switch, drain line, condensate pump if applicable)
  • Filter replacement or cleaning
  • Temperature differential measurement at the evaporator
  • Blower motor and heat strip amperage check
  • Inspection and treatment of the evaporator coil with sanitizing cleaner
  • Electrical fault inspection
  • Air leak detection at the plenum and platform

Condenser Unit

  • Compressor and fan motor amperage check
  • Capacitor inspection
  • Electrical contactor inspection
  • Electrical fault inspection
  • Refrigerant charge check
  • Visual inspection of the fan blade
  • Reversing valve check
  • Condenser coil cleaning with water
