Juan did a great job with the blower fan inspection.  He is courteous, neat, and thorough.  He explained the findings and the Duke rebate process to me. Carlos, the duct sealer, who subsequently came is also courteous, neat, and thorough. I recently returned from a trip and found one of the outside compressor units not working. I left a message on Sunday evening and Air Systems had a technician here the following day and was able to fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. I then had a second unit fail the following day. Despite thunderstorms, the tech was here that afternoon and again, diagnosed and resolved the problem very quickly. I was further impressed by the tech checking my attic air handler and as a result, he found a blower motor that was not working properly. Air Systems had a replacement blower motor here by noon the following day which totally resolved my issue. They are very professional, diligent, responsive and ensure you are satisfied that their work has truly corrected the problem. Air Systems may cost a bit more than other HVAC companies but as the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for." And for Air Systems, you get much greater value and responsiveness for what you pay for.
