Check thermostat operation and reset reminders
Inspect connections and wires in Air Handler
Look At filtration – change/wash filters (customer supplied)
Wipe down interior and exterior of Air Handler cabinet
Add algaecide treatment to condensate pan
Flush and vacuum drain line/pan and evaluate drainage**
Inspect all safety floats are operational
Look at evaporator coil for cleanliness
Scan system for proper refrigerant charge
Check reversing valve operation
Look at the compressor crankcase heater if applicable
Inspect defrost cycle
Look at condenser motor bearings for wear
Scan compressor and condenser fan motor amps
Explorer contactor points to ensure proper continuity
Look at capacitors for proper capacitance rating
Examine electrical connections and wires in condenser unit
Visually check condenser fan blade
Look atcontrols and safety devices
Inspect all caps and valves for seals and proper snug fit
Check condenser level
Verify that system is working properly at time of completion
Written report of performance and recommendations
**Fully impacted drain lines will require a service call at an additional fee.
