Welcome to the AIR SYSTEMS Maintenance Program, we are glad you are taking the next step in protecting and prolonging the lifecycle of your air conditioning unit with the Air Systems Maintenance agreement

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR
MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Here’s What You Can Expect:
- Check that the thermostat is working and reset reminders.
Air Handle
- Clean and flush the Condensate Water Drain System:
- *Drain pan
- *Safety float Switch
- *Condensate drain Line
- *Condensate water pump as need it
- Change or wash the filter provided for the customer
- Measure temperature differences across the evaporator coil Split
- Check the blower motor and heat strip amps.
- Inspect and treat the evaporator coil with sanitizer coil cleaner
- Check the units for electrical malfunction.
- Look for Air leaks at the plenum & Platform.
Condenser Unit
- Check compressor and condenser fan motor amps
- Check capacitors for the right capacitance rating.
- Check Electrical contactor points are functioning correctly
- Check the units for electrical malfunction.
- Check the refrigerant charge
- Visually check the condenser fan blade
- Verify the reversing valve operation
- Clean the condenser coil with water.
